Job summary

SolutionHealth in New Hampshire is seeking an Epic Systems Administrator to install, configure, operate, and maintain the Epic Service, Client Application, and Web Application Servers. You will support both Microsoft and Linux environments and participate in ongoing system monitoring and delivery automation.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/IT or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and 3-5 years relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting server/storage infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Epic Services and related servers.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to end users via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in implementation, configuration and deployment of server/system infrastructure across Microsoft and Linux platforms.
• Assist in supporting VMware infrastructure and ongoing administration of the enterprise environment.

About the Job:

The Epic Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of the Epic (Electronic Health Record) Service, Client Application, and Web Application Servers. This position also performs setup and configuration, proactive monitoring, and maintenance of assigned systems and application delivery technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Provides customer service to the end user community via telephone, electronic communications or in person in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist in the implementation, configuration and deployment of server/system infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to supporting both physical and virtual environments across Microsoft and Linux platforms.

• Assist in supporting VMware infrastructure. This includes hardware and software an ongoing administration of the enterprise environment.

• Coordinates with appropriate departmental and organizational resources to install and maintain line of business applications for assigned systems

Who You Are:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent combination of education and 3-5 years relevant experience, Required
