Triad Adult and Pediatric Medicine (TAPM) seeks an OCHIN/EPIC Training Analyst to manage and support the Epic system, bridging clinical and IT to ensure accurate patient data and improved care. This is a 100% onsite role.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging end‑user education, serving as the primary Epic resource, analyzing data trends, and coordinating training logistics across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, healthcare, or a technical field.
• 4+ years in clinical support and maintaining an OCHIN/EPIC System.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit effective and engaging training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Serve as primary resource for the OCHIN/EPIC System.
• Plan, schedule, and present end-user education for the OCHIN/EPIC System.
• Evaluate and monitor OCHIN/EPIC tickets and IT helpdesk requests.
• Provide login labs and system access support after training.
