Job summary

Triad Adult & Pediatric Medicine in Greensboro, NC is seeking an EPIC Support Analyst/Trainer to implement and support the EPIC System across TAPM. You will design end-user education and deliver engaging training to diverse staff, including clinicians, nurses, and admin teams.

The role requires EPIC experience, strong communication, and project management skills, with travel to remote sites as needed. The position emphasizes collaboration and data-driven training to ensure proficient system use.

Qualifications

• EPIC experience preferred.
• Experience in clinical support and training.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• HIPAA/HITECH knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit engaging EPIC training sessions for diverse audiences including management, nurses, medical assistants, and staff.
• Serve as the primary resource for the EPIC System.
• Plan, schedule, and present end-user education for the EPIC Project.
• Evaluate, monitor and close EPIC/IT helpdesk tickets.
• Conduct EPIC training classes and provide one-on-one staff support.
• Review and document changes for EPIC upgrades and maintain workflows.
• Distribute E-learnings for EPIC modifications and changes.
• Act as subject matter expert to ensure training quality and consistency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple organizational layers.
• Ensure users are proficient before access to production.
• Provide login labs and system credential support after training.
• Develop and present communications to Management and department heads.
• Track and report end-user training statistics (attendance, competency, success rate).
• Coordinate training logistics (materials, room setup, post-training clean-up).
• Communicate operational and project issues to management.
