Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic STARS Analyst to support Epic Healthy Planet tools used for Medicare Star Ratings and NCQA measures. You will build, test, and report on quality measures, ensuring accurate gap closure and data integrity.

The role requires Epic certification, 2+ years of Epic experience, and strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with Quality, Population Health, and IT teams. Full-time in Rhode Island with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
Epic Certified in Healthy Planet, Reporting or related modules.
2+ years of Epic experience (Healthy Planet, Reporting, Clarity/Caboodle, or SlicerDicer).
Familiarity with Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, NCQA concepts.
Strong analytical skills with data validation focus.
Ability to communicate with both technical and clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support build and maintenance of Epic Healthy Planet registries, topics, BPAs linked to Star Ratings measures.
Translate HEDIS specs into Epic build requirements with senior analysts.
Configure and test quality measure logic in Epic for gap identification and tracking.
Troubleshoot day-to-day issues in Star measure workflows and reporting.
