Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Solution Architect, Epic STARS to lead design and optimization of Epic-based solutions for Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS and NCQA measures. You will bridge clinical quality strategy and technical Epic build, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting within Epic Healthy Planet and related modules.
You will mentor analysts, collaborate with Quality, Population Health and IT leaders, and own end-to-end technical roadmaps, governance and change control for Star Ratings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Epic platforms (Healthy Planet, Clarity/Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, or SlicerDicer).
- Experience supporting Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, and NCQA quality measures.
- Strong understanding of value-based care and population health operations.
- Epic certifications in Healthy Planet or Reporting Cadence are preferred.
- Experience translating clinical/quality specs into technical build requirements.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design Epic Healthy Planet, Reporting Workbench, Clarity/Caboodle, and SlicerDicer solutions for Star Measures.
- Own end-to-end technical roadmap for Star Ratings builds, registries, BPAs and health maintenance topics.
- Collaborate with Quality, Population Health, IT and clinical leaders to translate needs into Epic solutions.
- Lead testing, validation, and optimization of quality measure logic and dashboards.
