Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Solution Architect, Epic STARS to lead design, delivery and governance of Epic-based quality measure workflows for Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS and NCQA programs. You will bridge clinical quality strategy and technical build across Healthy Planet, Clarity/Caboodle, and reporting tools.
You will mentor teams, translate complex specifications into scalable Epic solutions, ensure CMS submission readiness, and collaborate with Quality, Population Health and IT partners to
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Epic platforms (Healthy Planet, Clarity/Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, or SlicerDicer).
- Experience supporting Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, and NCQA programs.
- Familiarity with value-based care and population health concepts.
- Epic certification(s) in Healthy Planet or Reporting Cadence, ClinDoc, or related modules preferred.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design Epic Healthy Planet, Reporting Workbench, Clarity/Caboodle, and SlicerDicer solutions for Star Ratings and related measures.
- Translate quality specifications into Epic build requirements and scalable data models.
- Own end-to-end technical roadmap for Star-related Epic builds and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data feeds are accurate and CMS submission-ready.
