Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for Epic STARS to design and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows, data models, and reporting to support Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, and NCQA measures.

The role requires deep Epic technical expertise, strong knowledge of value-based care, and collaboration with Quality, Population Health, and clinical leadership to deliver auditable quality measure performance and governance compliance.

Qualifications

Five+ years of Epic experience, including Healthy Planet, Clarity/Caboodle, Reporting Workbench or SlicerDicer.
Experience supporting Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, or NCQA quality measure programs.
Strong understanding of value-based care and population health operations.
Epic certification(s) in Healthy Planet or Reporting Cadence, ClinDoc, or related modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

Architect and design Epic Healthy Planet, Reporting Workbench, Clarity/Caboodle, and SlicerDicer solutions to support Star Ratings, HEDIS, and NCQA measures.
Translate quality specifications into Epic build requirements and scalable data models.
Lead end-to-end Epic builds, registries, BPAs, and health maintenance topics tied to Star measures.
Collaborate with QA, analytics, and clinical leadership to ensure accurate data feeds and CMS alignment.
