CVS Health is seeking an Epic STARS Analyst to support Epic Healthy Planet, reporting, and quality measure workflows. You will analyze, build, test, and validate Star measure logic, BPAs, and registries to drive Medicare Star Ratings improvements.

You will collaborate with Quality, Population Health, and ACO teams, translating specifications into Epic configurations and ensuring accurate data delivery for monthly/quarterly cycles.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics or related field.
• Epic Certified in Healthy Planet or Reporting.
• 2+ years with Epic platforms (Healthy Planet, Reporting, Clarity/Caboodle, SlicerDicer).
• Familiar with Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, NCQA concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and data validation.

Responsabilidades

• Support the build and maintenance of Epic Healthy Planet registries, health maintenance topics, care gap alerts, and BPAs tied to Star Ratings measures.
• Translate HEDIS specifications and CMS Star Ratings criteria into Epic build requirements with senior analysts.
• Assist in configuring and testing quality measure logic within Epic to ensure accurate gap identification.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues related to Star measure workflows, registries, and reporting discrepancies.
• Build and maintain reports using Reporting Workbench, Clarity/Caboodle, and SlicerDicer to track Star Ratings performance.
