Xtensys Connected Health Solutions in the United States is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst – Epic Security and Provider Management to provide intermediate system-level support for Epic applications, OS, hardware, and reporting tools.

You’ll lead application builds, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting, collaborate with clinical, IT, and operations teams, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure system stability and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Epic Security certification is required; Provider administration badge preferred.
• Experience supporting, configuring, building, or maintaining Epic applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide system-level support for assigned Epic applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Support application builds, upgrades, implementations, testing, and validation.
• Investigate and resolve application issues using established standards and best practices.
• Gather business and clinical requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, IT, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Provide end-user training and remote support to promote application proficiency.
• Lead and participate in project planning, milestones, and task coordination.
• Communicate project status and escalate issues when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve functionality and processes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support system stability.
