Qualifications

• Epic certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Experience as trainer, educator, lead, or onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and onboarding for scheduling staff.
• Serve as the Epic subject matter expert for scheduling workflows.
• Coordinate education sessions, track training completion, and maintain records.
• Support compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and organizational requirements.
• Develop training materials and provide ongoing staff education.
