Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an Epic Trainer to lead scheduling staff education, onboarding, and competency initiatives on a fully onsite basis in Chesapeake, VA. The role focuses on Epic scheduling workflows, training delivery, and documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have Epic certification or the ability to obtain it within a year, plus prior training or onboarding experience and strong communication skills.

Schedule: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Work Setting: Onsite (Monday-Friday)

Seeking an Epic Trainer with strong experience to support scheduling staff training, onboarding, education compliance, and competency programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and onboarding for scheduling staff.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
