Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of analyst-level healthcare IT experience or similar.
• Epic certification required.
• Demonstrated leadership with cross-departmental teams.
• Strong knowledge of software and application design, development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Epic Scheduling operations, balancing priorities across support, enhancements and projects.
• Oversee a team of analysts, staffing, onboarding, training and certification.
• Translate business needs into reliable scheduling workflows and integrations.
• Ensure system design and configuration align with governance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with access, clinical, operational, and IT teams to optimize patient flow.
