Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Access and Engagement Platforms, to join our team in Orlando, FL (or Jacksonville, FL or Wilmington, DE). This role is part of Access Design & Transformation, serving as SME for Epic scheduling and digital engagement tools including Cadence, Hello World, Cheers, and MyChart.

The Senior Analyst will lead design, configuration, optimization, and long-term integrity of these platforms to support efficient scheduling, robust provider templates,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Equivalent work experience considered for internal candidates only in lieu of education requirements.
• Minimum of five (5) + years' experience required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Prior clinical, healthcare operations, or IT experience required.
• Certification in Epic module or relevant bedside technologies as required to support access and digital engagement applications is required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Cadence, Hello World, Cheers, and MyChart with advanced certifications.
• Lead complex build, configuration, and optimization efforts aligned with enterprise standards.
• Own large-scale implementations and upgrades including planning, build oversight, testing, and go-live support.
• Conduct workflow and system analysis to improve scheduling accuracy and patient access.
• Mentor analysts and drive governance, change control, and vendor requirements.
