Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Sr Analyst, Access and Engagement Platforms, to join our team in Wilmington, DE or Jacksonville/Orlando, FL. You will serve as SME for Epic scheduling and digital engagement tools (Cadence, Hello World, Cheers, MyChart) and lead design, configuration, optimization, and long-term integrity of these platforms.

You will partner with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to align systems with enterprise access strategies and scale performance across access

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years in relevant roles.
• Epic module experience or related bedside tech is required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Epic scheduling and engagement tools.
• Lead complex build, configuration, and optimization efforts.
• Own large-scale implementations and upgrades with planning, build oversight, testing, and go-live support.
• Translate operational needs into scalable designs to improve scheduling and access.
• Mentor analysts and guide team members to strengthen capability.
