Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years' experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Epic module certification post-hire may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Cadence, Hello World, Cheers, and MyChart with advanced certifications.
• Lead complex build, configuration, and optimization efforts aligned with enterprise standards.
• Own large-scale implementations and upgrades, including planning, requirements, testing, and go-live support.
• Mentor analysts and associate analysts, supporting governance and change control.
• Monitor platform performance and drive targeted improvements to access and scheduling outcomes.
