Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ work-related experience required with front-end registration and scheduling workflows.
• Workflow Experience with Epic Registration, Scheduling, and/or Referrals & Authorizations workflows.
• Healthcare experience in a hospital, medical practice, or health system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing first tier support to application users.
• Troubleshoot issues impacting operational workflows.
• Participate in testing activities and document test scripts.
