Job summary

Nemours Children's Health seeks a Sr Analyst for Access and Engagement Platforms in Jacksonville/Orlando/DE. You will be the subject matter expert for Epic scheduling and digital tools, shaping designs, builds, and long-term platform integrity to improve patient access and provider utilization.

You will mentor analysts, drive governance, and lead changes across enterprise scheduling and engagement workflows while partnering with clinical and IT leaders to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in relevant roles.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Clinical, operations, or IT background valued.
• Epic module certification supported after hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Cadence, Hello World, Cheers, and MyChart with advanced certification.
• Lead complex build, configuration, and optimization efforts per standards.
• Own large-scale implementations, upgrades, and go-live support.
• Analyze workflows to improve scheduling accuracy and access.
• Mentor analysts and ensure governance and change control compliance.
