Job summary

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite preferred)

Duration: 6 months

We are seeking a senior-level Epic Patient Access Analyst with strong hospital scheduling expertise to support critical patient access and operational initiatives for a leading healthcare organization in the Northeast Florida region. This individual will serve as a primary build resource focused on optimizing scheduling workflows, improving front-end access capabilities, and supporting enterprise patient access strategies.

Key Qualifications

• Epic Cadence & Grand Central certifications required
• Strong experience supporting hospital-based scheduling workflows, preferably within Prelude/Grand Central environments
• Expertise with:
• Provider Platform front-end build and configuration
• Proven ability to function independently as a senior analyst and primary build resource
• Experience partnering closely with operational leadership to support workflow optimization and access improvements
• Strong understanding of enterprise patient access strategy and scheduling operations

Required:

• Local to open to relocationg to Jacksonville, FL
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (minimum two onsite days weekly)
• Open to contract-to-hire opportunities / willingness to convert to full-time employment
