Job summary

Baptist OneCare is seeking an Intermediate Applications Access & Revenue Analyst (Patient Scheduling) in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on analyzing, planning, designing, maintaining, and optimizing the Epic-based workflow to meet clinical and business needs.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, perform system builds and upgrades, and support the application through implementation and maintenance phases. On-call and callback duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant healthcare IT experience or equivalent mix of experience and education.
• Epic certification within 90 days of training.
• Experience in project management and/or system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates implementation of Baptist OneCare and associated projects to meet organizational objectives and strategies.
• Analyzes problems, recommends improvements and develops action plans utilizing Baptist Management System Tools to promote transformation and ensure successful implementation.
• Completes testing of software applications using established standards and protocols.
• Provides ongoing support of Epic and other applications under area of responsibility.
• Completes assigned goals.
