Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. seeks an Epic RTE Solutions Analyst to lead implementation and support, bridging technical teams with healthcare operations.

You will develop, test, and deploy configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, and document processes for scalable improvements across a national network. The role requires Epic RTE Certification and 5+ years of RTE build/implementation experience, with familiarity to TriZetto, Quadax, and Experian Clearing House.

Qualifications

• Epic RTE Certification is required.
• Cadence and/or Prelude certification/proficiency highly desired.
• Minimum of 3 years of Certified RTE build, configuration, and implementation/support; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in TriZetto, Quadax and/or Experian clearing house highly preferred.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to data-driven decision making and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality per specs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; ensure system performance.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations.
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing for process improvement.
• Grow competency in technical design and system enhancements.
