Job summary

Nordic Global is seeking an experienced Epic RTE specialist to support Real-Time Eligibility applications for complex healthcare clients. You will troubleshoot, analyze workflows, and translate customer needs into detailed specs while adhering to SLAs.

You’ll work closely with Senior Application Advisors on change control and system upgrades. You will manage multiple client assignments, document outcomes in ticketing systems, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) certification is required.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building, implementing, or supporting Epic RTE applications.
• Ability to apply problem solving skills and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and ensure integrity, integration, and stability of Epic RTE applications for complex customers.
• Translate customer requests into detailed requirements and support system build and testing.
• Assist with system audits, upgrades, and testing under guidance of Senior Application Advisors.
• Manage multiple customer assignments with oversight, maintain ticketing and calendar management.
• Document requests and incidents with up-to-date records, adhering to SLAs.
• Follow change control policies for migrations and configurations.
• Support onboarding of new team members and knowledge transfer.
