Zusammenfassung

Nordic is seeking a Senior RTE Analyst to deliver EHR design, build, testing and advanced troubleshooting for complex clients. This role involves day-to-day support with guidance from Senior Application Advisors.

You will handle system requests, analyze workflows, participate in upgrades, and ensure compliance while maintaining strong customer service and collaboration across IT and operations teams. Candidates should have Epic RTE certification, 3+ years experience, and comfort with ticketing

Qualifikationen

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required.
Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) certification required.
3+ years of hands-on Epic RTE experience.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; ITIL knowledge preferred.
Experience with ticketing systems and change management.

Aufgaben

Perform advanced troubleshooting and testing of Epic RTE applications.
Analyze workflows, system setup, and audits; participate in upgrades.
Manage multiple customer assignments with guidance from Senior Advisors.
Document requests and incidents in ticketing systems per SLAs.
Assist in onboarding and mentorship within Managed Services.
