Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is hiring an Epic RTE Solutions Analyst to support its mission by applying deep technical expertise, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role blends implementation and support to resolve complex issues and optimize processes across the organization. You will develop and deploy solution features, document work for usability, and work with application and technical teams to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Epic RTE certification is preferred.
• Cadence and/or Prelude certification/proficiency highly desired.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of Epic application build, configuration, and implementation/support; 5+ years prioritized.
• Experience in TriZetto, Quadax and/or Experian clearing house highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills across both application and technical stakeholders.
• Process-oriented with data-driven decision making and accountability.
• Competency assessment (50–60 minutes) before team interview.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality according to specifications and requirements.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex Epic issues.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address maintenance issues.
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing to support process improvements and alignment.
• Skill development in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
