Job summary

SGMC Health in Georgia seeks a Senior Epic Revenue Integrity Analyst to oversee day-to-day operations of EPIC revenue teams. You will coordinate with Revenue Cycle, IT, and clinical staff to ensure accurate CPT and charge master maintenance and reliable reporting.

The role requires deep knowledge of Epic EHR, billing processes, and leadership of analysts. On-site schedule is 8 AM–5 PM, with opportunities to optimize revenue cycle workflows and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required or significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Epic Professional Billing or Hospital Billing, Claims and Contracts certifications required within six months of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of SGMC's EPIC revenue analysts and clinical analysts.
• Collaborate across departments to align revenue cycle operations.
• Generate and track quantitative and qualitative reporting and analysis.
• Own the release management process for insurance and EMR vendor updates.
• Serve as primary liaison between Revenue Cycle reports and analysts for internal/external customers.
