Shepherd Center in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Epic Revenue Cycle Applications Manager to lead the Patient Access, Scheduling, and HIM teams. This player-coach role blends hands-on system work with people leadership to optimize the EHR environment in a mission-driven specialty hospital.

You will partner with Revenue Cycle, IS, and clinical operations, drive Epic builds, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution, and mentor analysts to deliver reliable, compliant workflows that support

Competenze

• Active Epic certification in at least one relevant Epic application.
• Minimum of three years of progressive healthcare IT/Epic Revenue Cycle experience; five+ years preferred.
• Evidence of progressive leadership experience (formal management, team lead, or mentoring).
• Experience as an Epic senior analyst or application lead is required.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the Epic Revenue Cycle Applications team.
• Oversee Epic build, configuration, validation, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Lead Epic upgrade projects (Nova Notes, IRDs, SUs, RAs) and coordinate testing and deployment.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle leadership, analysts, end users, vendors, Epic, and Community Connect partners.
• Provide senior-level support for high-priority initiatives and production issues.
