Job summary

Cottage Health seeks a Revenue Integrity Analyst Senior for their CH Revenue Integrity department responsible for maintaining, analyzing, standardizing and modeling revenue charges; providing reference material and charge compliance education; assisting financial planning and analysis; clearing revenue integrity related work queues in EPIC and identifying trends related to the root cause of edits.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years of hospital coding experience,

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience or two years of work experience per one year of required education.
Minimum: Coding certification (CCS, CCS-P, CPC, COC)
Preferred: Registered Nurse. RHIA, Epic Certification in Resolute Charge Capture and/or Clarity Report Data. AAHA M - CRIP.

Responsibilities

Maintain and analyze revenue charges.
Standardize and model revenue charges.
Provide reference materials and charge compliance education.
Assist financial planning and analysis.
Clear revenue integrity related work queues in EPIC and identify root-cause trends of edits.
