Advocate Health is seeking an Epic Analyst for Revenue Cycle applications to identify, map, analyze and improve Epic workflows, with emphasis on hospital billing. You will translate user requirements into system specifications and work with vendors and clinical staff.

The role requires EPIC certification within six months, a Bachelor’s in CS or related field, and about 3 years IT or clinical experience. Remote option with some in-person meetings offered.

Formación

• Experience with Epic and other Healthcare applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in CS or related field.
• Project management experience with ability to use project management software.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve Epic business processes.
• Prepare documentation for business requirements and data models.
• Translate user requirements into functional/technical design specifications.
• Perform system configuration to meet business requirements.
• Develop test plans and execute testing across modules.
• Provide training materials and end-user training for projects.
• Monitor system functionality and perform changes as needed.
• Explain application functionality to users and assist with full use of workflows.
• Develop and maintain product documentation and change control records.
• Communicate project status and upgrades to clinic users and manage multiple requests.
