Job summary

UC San Diego Health seeks a Clinical Informatics Specialist III - Epic Reporting to design, develop, and optimize enterprise analytics solutions. You will partner with clinicians and operational leaders to deliver dashboards and reporting tools using Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, Clarity, Tableau, and SQL-based technologies.

The role supports end-to-end analytics, including upgrades and go-live activities, in a hybrid work environment with onsite 20% presence and remote work the remainder.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of related healthcare analytics experience or equivalent education and training.
• Broad and / or in-depth knowledge of clinical informatics areas and workflows.
• Thorough knowledge of clinical informatics software and enterprise data management.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end analytics solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and optimization.
• Design, develop and optimize dashboards and reporting tools for clinical and operational use.
• Collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, and informatics teams to drive data-driven decisions.
