Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically requires 3 years in an IT or clinical environment with business process mapping, analysis, defining business and user requirements, acceptance testing and documentation experiences.
• Experience with Epic and other Healthcare applications.

Responsabilités

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve clinical and business processes for Epic applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and map critical business processes.
• Prepare requirements documentation using diagrams and data models.
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts; validate performance and functionality.
• Provide training materials and end-user training.
• Support and troubleshoot Epic applications and manage upgrades.
