Job summary

Nordic seeks a Managed Services Application Advisor for Hospital Billing (HB) to provide expert EHR design, build, testing, and troubleshooting for Nordic's healthcare clients in a managed services setting.

You will lead application efforts for small to mid-size customers, guide internal and customer teams, mentor staff, manage issue escalations, and ensure SLAs while coordinating change control and system upgrades across Epic HB modules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct Epic Hospital Billing experience.
• Active Epic HB Certification required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and ensure integrity of EHR applications for complex clients.
• Lead system builds and testing across integrated systems.
• Manage customer engagements and document issues in ticketing system.
• Mentor team members and provide proactive analysis of workflows and setups.
• Coordinate change control and ensure regulatory compliance.
