Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Information Systems.
• Master's degree preferred for leadership roles in healthcare technology and transformation.
• 15+ years in healthcare operations, with senior leadership and program governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads governance, portfolio oversight, and strategic execution for all EPP initiatives and use cases, aligning investments with enterprise goals.
• Oversees ROI methodologies, performance measures, and value realization to maximize financial and strategic returns.
• Drives enterprise adoption, change management, and stakeholder engagement to accelerate benefits realization.
• Delivers executive insights, dashboards, and trend analysis to support data-driven decisions.
• Builds and mentors a high-performing team across cross-functional partners and governance bodies.
