Job summary

Carex Consulting Group partners with a Health Insurance industry leader to lead Epic Payer Platform (EPP) program delivery, expansion, and ongoing management across health system partnerships.

The role requires extensive Epic experience, cross-functional leadership, and governance expertise to oversee end-to-end implementations and performance measurement. Hybrid work setup includes onsite collaboration three days per week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience managing complex technology implementations, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale cross-functional initiatives in healthcare IT.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, business leaders, vendors, and external partners to implement and optimize enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of Epic Payer Platform capabilities for health system partners.
• Drive expansion of platform functionality and new capabilities to support evolving business needs.
• Manage complex Epic initiatives spanning multiple business functions, IT teams, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Epic, IT, business leaders, and stakeholders to align resources and priorities.
• Lead onboarding and implementation activities for new health system partners and ensure adoption of platform capabilities.
• Provide strategic guidance on existing Epic use cases and identify opportunities to develop more capabilities.
• Oversee platform configuration activities and downstream dependencies to support delivery.
• Establish and maintain program governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics to quantify value delivered to health system partners.
• Serve as primary liaison with Epic and vendor relationships, aligning with program objectives.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and drive collaboration and accountability.
• Independently manage priorities and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
