Job summary

Medical Mutual is seeking a Director, Epic Payer Program to lead strategy, governance, adoption, and optimization of the Epic Payer Program. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology teams to drive transformation, value realization, and provider engagement.

The role focuses on governance, ROI measurement, and enterprise interoperability, reporting to executive leadership and guiding budget decisions to maximize program value.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in healthcare operations or related areas.
• Five years in a leadership role and experience with enterprise transformation.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability and Epic solutions is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads governance, portfolio oversight, and strategic execution for all EPP initiatives and use cases.
• Establishes processes for transparency, accountability, and enterprise alignment with leaders.
• Oversees ROI methodologies, adoption reporting, and value realization initiatives.
• Drives adoption, stakeholder engagement, and change management across the enterprise.
• Delivers executive insights, dashboards, and trend analyses for decision making.
• Builds a high-performing team and coordinates cross-functional collaboration.
