The role leads transformation for healthcare provider organizations, focusing on patient access, financial clearance, eligibility, and digital engagement through Epic.

The ideal candidate combines Epic front-end expertise with consulting leadership to improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and patient experience across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Epic Prelude certification required.
• 5+ years of experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, configuration, and optimization.
• Hands on experience with Epic RTE, Epic RTA, benefit filing, financial clearance, patient estimates, prior authorization, and referral management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel less than 50% as an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle performance improvement assessments and optimization projects.
• Analyze current-state workflows and design future-state solutions leveraging Epic best practices.
• Drive improvements in Real-Time Authorization (RTA) and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE).
• Improve Financial Clearance, patient estimates, and prior authorization processes.
• Enhance digital patient access and engagement capabilities including MyChart and eCheck-In.
• Develop roadmaps, executive presentations, and manage timelines and risks.
