Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Epic Payer Platform Lead to oversee and guide the configuration of Epic capabilities in healthcare environments. The role requires hands-on build experience and the ability to transition to an advisory capacity, coordinating Accenture, client, and vendor teams across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in a Healthcare IT role.
• Minimum 1 year in an Epic Payer Platform leadership role.
• A minimum of 5 years of Program or Project Management experience including accountability to executive leadership.
• Epic Non-Clinical Certification (HIM, Patient Access Cadence/Grand Central, Revenue Cycle, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collaboration of multiple teams with Accenture team across client engagements.
• Provide hands-on build experience in at least two Epic areas (CDE, Coverage Finder, HPCS, Care Gap Exchange, etc.).
• Transition from build to advisory role guiding client build teams.
• Manage detailed project plans, status updates, and escalations.
• Define detailed product requirements and use cases with clients and vendors.
• Develop and document data requests and source-to-target mappings.
• Support Epic integrations, testing, and quality reviews.
