Accenture is hiring an experienced Epic Payer Platform Lead in the United States to oversee Epic configuration across client projects. You will shape scoping, design sessions, and end-to-end delivery, coordinating Accenture, client, and vendor teams.

The role requires hands-on Epic experience, leadership in payer workflow implementations, and strong communication. Corporate travel may be required; Epic certifications are highly valued.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of Healthcare IT experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Epic Payer Platform leadership experience.
• At least 5 years in program or project management with executive reporting.
• Epic Non-Clinical Certification (HIM, Patient Access Cadence/Grand Central, Revenue Cycle Resolute HB/PB).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

• Oversee collaboration of multiple Accenture teams on Epic Payer platform delivery.
• Provide hands-on build experience in Epic areas and guide client build team.
• Translate business requirements into Epic-native configuration in real time.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and status updates.
• Maintain clear escalation and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Assist in design and analysis of new business workflows.
• Define detailed product requirements and use cases; assign resources.
• Contribute to high-level functional specifications and QA reviews.
