Accenture is seeking an experienced Epic Payer Platform Lead to oversee the collaboration of multiple teams across client engagements. The role requires hands-on build experience in Epic areas (CDE, Coverage Finder, HPCS, Care Gap Exchange, Member Insights or ADT Event Notifications) and an ability to transition into an advisory role guiding client teams.

• Minimum 8 years experience in Healthcare IT role.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an Epic Payer Platform leadership role.
• 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience including reporting to executive leadership and requirements gathering from Clinical leadership.
• Epic Non-Clinical Certification required (HIM, Patient Access Cadence/Grand Central, Revenue Cycle Resolute HB/PB, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee collaboration of multiple teams with Accenture team across client engagements.
• Lead build experience in CDE, Coverage Finder, HPCS, Care Gap Exchange, Member Insights or ADT Event Notifications.
• Translate business requirements into Epic-native configuration in real time.
• Create detailed Excel project plans and drive status updates.
• Provide input into high level functional specifications and participate in quality management reviews.
