Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced EpicCare Ambulatory Lead with project management experience to guide complex healthcare IT initiatives. This on-site role will support clients across multiple Columbus/Nashville/Atlanta/Dallas markets, driving scope, timelines, and data integration efforts.

Ideal candidates have EpicCare Ambulatory certification and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). Expect collaboration with clinical leadership, operations teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT in an EpicCare Ambulatory Leader role.
• Certification in EpicCare Ambulatory is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if an Associate Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed project scope from end-user information and secure sign-off from Operations.
• Maintain executive presence; provide concise escalations and status updates.
• Handle ambiguity and drive delivery through complex project tasks.
• Lead and drive status updates; manage data flows and requirements.
• Assist with analysis and design of new business workflows and data mapping.
• Coordinate system configuration, integration setup, and testing activities.
