Job summary

Accenture in Detroit seeks an experienced Epic Payer Platform Lead to oversee collaboration among client, Accenture, and vendor teams. You will bring hands-on build experience in at least two Epic payer modules and drive detailed project plans from design through deployment.

You will translate business requirements into Epic-native configurations, run design sessions, and guide the client’s build team toward successful delivery. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Healthcare IT roles.
• 1+ years in an Epic Payer Platform leadership role.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience with executive reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Epic-native configurations in real time.
• Lead end-to-end design sessions with Epic Implementation Team and drive scope sign-off.
• Create detailed Excel project plans and drive status calls to maintain progress.
• Coordinate across Accenture, client, and vendor teams to deliver complex configurations.
