Healthtech Inc is seeking a Senior Epic Consultant to deliver Epic-related consulting for Nordic clients from the United States. The role emphasizes ownership of project workflows, documentation, and seamless collaboration with client teams and Epic end users.

Qualifications include 3+ years of Epic experience and at least one current Epic ambulatory certification; additional certifications and PMP are valued for leadership. Travel to client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Epic experience.
• At least 1 current Epic ambulatory clinicals certification (EpicCare Ambulatory, Connect, Phoenix, Bones, Wisdom, Kaleidoscope).
• All consultants must possess at least one Epic certification; PMP strongly preferred for leadership roles.
• Some project management experience is preferred; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative services for Nordic clients.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Mentor client project teams in project and system build strategy.
• Track and document risks and issues; analyze workflows.
• Collaborate with project leadership on documentation and facilitation.
• Work directly with Epic end users; monitor workflows and provide optimization suggestions.
• Lead project status meetings and coordinate deliverables.
