Dell Medical School seeks an Epic Application Analyst - Patient Experience (MyChart/Hello World) to serve as SME and technical contact for Epic Patient Experience modules. You will lead projects, changes, and break/fix escalations, and collaborate with clinicians, IT, and vendors to deliver reliable EHR configurations.

Responsibilities include end-to-end testing, user support, and coordinating deployments with training and operations.

Qualifikationen

• Active Epic Certification or Accreditation in Epic Ambulatory / MyChart / Hello World with current status.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–4 years of healthcare IT or Epic systems experience.
• 2 years in IS implementation, development and support within large healthcare org.
• Experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments.
• Strong knowledge of clinical information systems and data management.

Aufgaben

• Designs, configures, tests, and maintains clinical information systems focusing on ambulatory care.
• Supports end-users remotely and in-person; coordinates fixes with vendors and training teams.
• Creates test scripts and coordinates testing for application changes and deployments.
• Collaborates with technical peers to identify infrastructure-related issues affecting clinical apps.
