Qualifications

• Active Epic Certification or Accreditation in Epic Ambulatory/MyChart/Hello World
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field
• 3–4 years of healthcare IT or Epic experience
• 2+ years in IS implementation and support within a large healthcare org
• Strong knowledge of clinical information systems and data management

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, and maintain clinical information systems with a focus in ambulatory care
• Serve as liaison between operations, providers, IT, users and vendors within project objectives
• Provide end-user support remotely and in-person
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets; coordinate fixes with software vendors
• Create test scripts, timelines, and plans for application changes; test configurations
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to identify infrastructure-related issues impacting clinical apps
• Support upgrades, releases, and change management per ITIL processes
