Job summary

Campbell County Health is seeking a Patient Access Trainer to lead training for new hires and current staff across revenue cycle software and processes. You will deliver classroom, computer lab, and online training, manage pre/post class activities, and coordinate with leaders to ensure content accuracy.

You will provide ongoing support beyond onboarding, including go-live assistance and follow-up visits, while maintaining strong customer relations and professional communication in a fast-paced

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Prior medical office and/or hospital admitting experience including billing preferred.
  • Prior customer relations experience required.
  • Prior computer, keyboarding and 10-key calculator experience required.
  • Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct all new hire training (classroom, computer lab and online/virtual) functions including orientation and onboarding.
  • Conduct continuing education classes for new/existing applications, processes and programs across the enterprise.
  • Complete pre and post class activities such as preparing training materials and LMS tasks.
  • Coordinate trainings with training team members and leaders to ensure content accuracy.
  • Provide go-live support for new applications and processes and post go-live check-ins.
