Job summary

Norton Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Training Specialist to lead content development, delivery and scheduling of system and soft-skills training for front desk staff.

You will act as a subject matter expert in Patient Access Meditect ADM or Epic training, Point of Service, Insurance verification and Medical Necessity training, and function as a technical writer, trainer and project facilitator to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Three years in patient registration or access in a medical office or hospital.
• One year training and/or project leader.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide Patient Access management and staff training in content, delivery and scheduling of system, operational, and soft skills training, and project facilitation.
• A subject matter expert in Patient Access Meditect ADM or Epic training, Point of Service, Insurance verification and Medical Necessity training.
