You will facilitate projects and serve as a subject-matter expert in Patient Access processes and Meditect ADM or Epic training. The role focuses on improving Patient Access workflows within a hospital setting and requires hands-on training experience and strong communication skills.

• Three years in patient registration or access in a medical office or hospital.

Responsibilities

This incumbent’s responsibilities include: providing Patient Access management and staff expertise and support in content, delivery and scheduling of system, operational, and soft skills training, and project facilitation. A subject matter expert in Patient Access Meditect ADM or Epic training, Point of Service, Insurance verification and Medical Necessity training. Technical writer, trainer, and project facilitator.

Qualifications

Required:

• Three years in patient registration or access in a medical office or hospital

Desired:

• One year training and/or project leader
• High School Diploma or GED
