Job summary

Pardee UNC Health Care is seeking an Epic Training Specialist to apply deep knowledge of Epic applications within the PN. You will support go-live events, onboarding and optimization, working with training staff to create practical learning solutions.

Responsibilities include identifying training needs across the physician practice network, developing materials with the lead trainers, maintaining training records, and aligning Epic training with financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a clinical setting such as CMA.
• 1–2 years using Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Identifies training needs during go-live events and onboarding to optimize PN.
• Works with lead trainers to prepare training materials and updates.
• Maintains training records and provides project updates.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align Epic training with goals.
