You will support testing, policy development, and client interactions, contributing to higher efficiency and outcomes. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Epic certification in a Revenue Cycle module is required.
• 4 year/ Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Epic build experience in Epic revenue cycle functions.
• Must have Epic Administrator Certification in a Revenue Cycle focused module.
• Strong implementation background.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term Epic strategy across operations and IT.
• Lead Epic-related policies and change requests.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and IT leadership on reporting and workflow design.
• Improve revenue through standardized workflows.
• Manage client meetings and monitor client happiness.
• Build and support Epic system configurations and testing.
• Educate operational leadership in Epic best practices.
