Job summary

ISHE is seeking an Epic Revenue Cycle Specialist to lead strategy, build and optimize Epic workflows, and mentor operational leaders. This remote role requires strong certification background and hands-on implementation experience.

You will partner with Revenue Cycle and IT leaders, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements while travel up to 25% for client engagements. The position emphasizes education materials, SBARDs, and training resources to support enterprise Epic improvements.

Qualifications

• 4 year/ Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must have Epic Administrator Certification in a Revenue Cycle focused module.
• 3+ years of Epic build experience in Epic revenue cycle functions (billing and patient access areas preferred).
• Remote position; travel up to 25% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing long-term best practice Epic strategy across both operations and IT.
• Ensuring all parties understand the significance and impact of upcoming changes.
• Educating operational leadership in process improvement and Epic best practices.
• Helping to implement policies and work with Revenue Cycle leaders on reporting, work queue strategy and workflow design.
• Increase revenue through standardizing workflows and process improvement.
• Serve as the lead for Epic issues identified and new change requests.
• Produce and review SBARDs and other documents to support build work.
• Run client meetings and monitor client happiness.
