Job summary

PDS Health seeks an operations SME with strong Epic Ambulatory workflow expertise to optimize and advance our Epic processes across multiple departments. You will partner with Operations leadership, IT, and clinical teams to translate business needs into scalable Epic solutions and to guide upgrade efforts.

Ideally, you will have a Master’s degree or substantial experience, Epic certification, and CPS/QSI proficiency.

Qualifications

Master's degree or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Epic Ambulatory proficiency or certification.
QSI/CPS proficiency.

Responsibilities

Translate operational business requirements into Epic workflow solutions and gain stakeholder agreement on approach.
Own ongoing optimization of existing Epic Operational workflows and drive improvements for daily practice operations.
Design and develop new Epic workflows to meet emerging operational needs and align with standards.
Scope business needs across Operations to build a prioritized Epic workflow roadmap.
Support Epic upgrades by assessing operational impact, testing functionality, and coordinating rollout with affected teams.
Serve as the Operations SME on all Epic processes and advise IT, Operations leadership, and cross‑functional teams.
Lead and support medical and dental integration efforts to accommodate combined practices.
Communicate workflow changes to stakeholders to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
