Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a MyChart Support Analyst to join a healthcare client’s Information Services Service Desk on a 3-6 month contract in Columbus, OH.

The role provides frontline support for patients and end users leveraging Epic and MyChart, assists with account access issues, and troubleshoots application-related concerns in a fast-paced environment. Epic MyChart experience is preferred, but quick learners with healthcare IT support background will be considered.

Qualifications

• Frontline support for patients and end users using Epic MyChart.
• Experience in healthcare IT service desk environments.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to learn quickly.
